Building the UK's leading partner owned MSK group.

We partner with established physiotherapy, chiropractic, and MSK clinic founders to scale their businesses, modernise operations, and build toward a meaningful group exit, without losing what makes the clinic theirs.

You built it. You shouldn't have to give it away to leave it.

Most clinic founders we speak to have built something great: a team they care about, patients who trust them, a reputation that took two decades to earn. The traditional exit options rarely respect that. Trade buyers strip out the team. Brokers chase the highest offer regardless of fit. Most owner-operators end up either accepting a price that doesn't reflect what they built, or simply winding down because no good option appeared. We offer a third path: structured partnership that lets you slow down on your terms, secure your team and your standards, and participate in the upside of a larger eventual group exit.

Three partnership models. One outcome: a stronger clinic and a cleaner exit story.

For founders who want to stay involved while sharing the load.

You exchange a stake in your clinic for shares in Precision MSK Health. We bring operational uplift, group infrastructure, and clinical investment. You participate in the eventual group-level exit alongside us, which is typically a larger outcome than selling alone.

Best for: founders 5–10 years from full retirement who want to build something bigger before they exit.

For founders who want a structured, gradual handover.

We work in your clinic for an agreed period running operations, learning the business, building trust with your team. Ownership transitions over time, funded primarily from the clinic's own cash flow, with rolled equity into the group.

Best for: founders 2–5 years from retirement who want continuity, not a cliff edge.

For founders not ready to sell, but ready to elevate.

We bring high-margin diagnostic services (musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, consultant radiologist oversight) into your clinic. You add new revenue streams and clinical capability without changing ownership.

Best for: established clinics with capacity for new services and a longer-term exit horizon.

FAQ

Will I have to leave my clinic?
No. Most of our partnerships are structured around founders staying involved for a defined period, often years.
Will the brand and team be kept?
Yes, in nearly every case. Partner clinics retain their identity. Group infrastructure runs underneath, not on top.
What sort of clinic size do you partner with?
We typically work with clinics generating £400K–£2M in annual revenue, with 2–20 clinicians.
Is this only for clinics in London or the South?
No. We have partner relationships nationally. Geography is a consideration but not a barrier.
Do I need to be ready to sell now?
No. Many of our best conversations are with founders 3–7 years out. The earlier we talk, the better the structure.

If you're thinking about what's next, let's talk.

Most founders we partner with had their first conversation with us 18–36 months before anything formal happened. The conversation is confidential, no-obligation, and not a sales call.If you're a clinic founder thinking about succession, partnership, or building something larger, we'd like to hear from you.
